How would you answer if an interviewer asked you: “Why did you leave your last job?”
Stay positive regardless of the circumstances. Never refer to a major problem with management and never speak ill of supervisors, co-workers or the organization. If you do, you will be the one looking bad. Keep smiling and talk about leaving for a positive reason such as an opportunity, a chance to do something special or other forward looking reasons.
I found a job which interests me and chllanges me
If I am applying to a higher position, then it is easy to answer it "It seems my boss will stay for a while which will stop me from geting promotion so i looked for a higher position in another company"
Also if the the salary is not like the market "I had to look for the same position in another company with better package better than mine"
Also "though the position is the same like the one i was holding in the previous company but I found out that if i move to company like you will gain me more experience due to volume of work etc...
I have grown and made a difference as a HR leader in my current Organisation and would want to explore different opportinities where I can play a key role in expanding the value zone
I wouldn't have left my job if our account wasn't removed. I'm thankful that I have spent almost five years with my previous company and now I would like to venture on new learning and environment for personal growth.
I was positive and was loyal towards the company, but office politics ruined everything.....
I didn't yet. This is my first job
I like to work in different environment & Projects and also For my better Endeavors
I strive for the best and look forward to a company that respects the employee and deals with him in an elegant way and takes all his rights without his demands
was given the wrong job from what i was told, stayed there just to see if they will change but nothing happened, regardless it was a temporary contract.
