Take Care of Yourself- Take care of your phisical health
Find a Stress-relive Activity- Take a walk, exercise, read, take a nap or try one of the relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga
Set Realistic Goals- Evaluate your work. Divide it into sections (Important and less important)
Stress is always perceived as such a negative thing. You need to turn it into a positive. Explain that you work well under stress because you find it motivating & energizing! Explain how you are able to remain calm and precise, while being able to elevate the speed of your abilities. Be sure to note that although you can work faster, your work remains efficient & quality oriented.
