Why do a person leaving previous Company ?

It happends for serveral reasons:

1. Salary is not lower than market in the same industry
2. There is not chance to be promoted because the boss seems to stay for a while (years)
3. Moving to another company in the same industry but with better market share which will add value and experience though there is not big difference in the salary
