I beleive that (at any given point in time) the brand (Company) is the most importnat factor here. Brand indicates the quality, justifies the price and may determin how successful you are and how hard you need to work.

I believe that in a company there is no second place. All factors are important when it comes to achiveing something and they all should be considered as a top priority. Rather than a scale of priorities i think they are co dependent and should be nurtured with the proper respect. There is a right time for all of them depending on the stage or moment of the company's current situation.
All are of the same importance and they are all the ingredients for success. They are all dependent and can't be prioritized.
What is a company? a company is its reputation in the market which comes from its products and services quality, its customer service quality, its fair pricing and the way it treats its employees which makes them happy and engaged and hence serve their customers best and hence customers are happy and sales are boosted. so you see it is one cycle.
What is product qualilty? Quality is achieved when there are standards and standards are created by a company that has vision and strategy and a plan to achieve its targets. Again by motivating and engagging their employees and enforcing their standards quality is created.
Whatever Perspective you look at it, you will find them all related and affecting each other, so all are important.

3- Product quality: the quality of the product identify price, place and type of promotion
4- Product price: based on product classification, target consumer, trade channel and competition
I would say PRICE POLICY comes on first stage and then all other what you have mentioned .

Customer is the most important in sales. Without them you cant make the sales only. So when making the targets first thing we need to concentrate is on how we can make the customers happy. Then comes the company targets like improving production, quality, reduction in rejections etc. Then comes YOU.

All is set of one team which is having one goal.all of them tied through a bond to each other and very important. If one of it does not works the whole performance will come down.

Brand - Indicates the Product Quality - It makes the Relevant Price for the Product , keeping all factors - Its the Brand that makes you Or Me relevant - we have no identity without a logo (Brand ) . So, brand / company is the start & end . Everything revolves round the brand (company ) .
