May be, in some cases happens in business when women have some influence on men. and of course vice versa. Man normally holds the supremacy.
Perhaps those who appreciate and value the importance of exchange of suggestions / ideas are better negotiators irrespective of gender.
may be in house hold shoping,, but i am not agreed on mega projects purchase.
Negotiations in many aspects of business are usually started by men who are perceived to possess superior negotiating skills..
However, women are better in following up reconsideration or reassessment of pending or unconcluded deal to attain a win-win situation as women are more patient than men.
In general, men do more than women. I don't think so when it comes to negotiating.
Proffessional negotiators could be women or men. The more skillfull ones are the better ones irrespective of sex.
I think it's true. Women are by nature more vocal and fussy that also make them better negotiaters than men :)
I would say women are more patient and susceptible to suggestions which makes them good negotiators, in my opinion.
I would not put it as a rule or generalize. Not neccessarily, negotiation skills is a talent that is not related to gender. But I could add here that women seem to be better listeners and more tolerant than men. So they could achieve better results when it comes to negotiations because they listen well and are able to dwell in long conversations more that could lead to better results in negotiations. But you can't generalize.
I agree with Mss. Mony Fantana
+my be in some cases in work not in general
it can happens in business when women have the the ability to affect on men
by many ways like personal skills ,talents & personal experience
but men normally holds the
domination & superiority
but in house hold i think women can
excel
It depends on the work experience how much and how GOOD we can negotiate, there is no matter of Gender but Bro for sure women have superior bargaiaing mind for house hold matters, Ins't it ? What you say ?
