Is job fair easy for recruitment?

Yes, according to my knowledge of job fairs, it is much easier to recruit candidates there because of the quick3-5 minute chat which may seem like an interview moment. Recruiters are now using these quick tactics to narrow down their candidates and to nominate the best qualified candidate for the position.
