1. Deep breathing exercises. One way I reduce my stress is doing this quick exercise (I go to school full-time, work part-time and still try to find time for family). a. Breath in deeply for a count of4. Then hold that for a count of4 (Don't count too fast, don't count too slow) b. Exhale deeply for a count of4, then hold that for a count of4. c. Repeat5 times. This can be helpful for you to calm down as well before you lash out verbally to your wife. She may not understand how much pressure and stress you have. Also: 2. Punching bags are your buddies. Hitting something is therapeutic and screaming at the bag also helps. Visualize whatever is stressing you out and hit the bag. Can even use a tennis racket on a mattress. 3. Jog or exercise/work-out. 4. Talk to your wife about how you are feeling stressed by so many factors going on right now and be honest and real about it. You may breed resentments if you do not be candid with her. Hopefully she will be understanding. 5. Grief is powerful. My suggestion for this is to ask your local hospice if they offer a grief counselor to help you get through this time. My mother passed away recently and I did this on a whim, because I was so lost and stressed out. It helped a great deal. The thing about stress is everyone wants to manage it. What you want to do is reduce it. This includes talking to people whom you trust about what's going on. Exercise is always a good resource.
Be professional do your best and forget about result try to do the best if u r satisfied than you never ever can get stress.
