With the invention and wide use of the computer and soft wares, should offices still bother about good filing systems?

I believe so, because there is always the danger of black out or another computer problem, so they must keep at least the important files and documents printed. You must always be prepared in case of emergency. 

Of course you cannot imagine an office without having a good filling system, i.e. record keeping department.. Your computerized data can be lost due to so many reasons, but don't worry if you have a proper filling system. You can retrieve previous important files, and get copies thereof from your record department any time. 

Yes, as we all know in a big company they are maintaining a huge files so they need to be organize and use some great filing systems.
