Dear,
its very important question, first of all you should have vision for new upcomoing opportunities, I mean that you should have100% new opportunity with sufficient previllage which you are looking for, the2nd step you should explain that you let due to certain reason, keeping in mind , you must be cool, diplomatic & comprehensive during discussion to keep good looking image always. good luck
NO NEED TO BE TOO GOOD,,, IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED HE MUST KNOW THAT, OTHERWISE HE IS NOT YOUR TRUE BOSS,, BETTER TO LEAVE HIM.
why to tell him if you are going to leave his management?
Unless you have a super great relationship with your boss, the best way is not to tell. Eventually your boss will get a hint that you are moving to another job (company for that matter) when you put in your letter of resignation. Even then, it is also best to maintain secrecy of your next job until you are on board with the new company. This is to avoid any potential complications.
Have no fear !!! Just tell him that you are looking for another one. If he asks u why ? convince him on what you are looking for !!!. on the other hand If he say fine go ahead - search ur destiny. Its always good to keep things simple.
Exactly as you said in your question. Tell the your boss straight away that you are looking for "better opportunities" preferably inside the company, otherwise you will look for career advancement elsewhere !! and give your manager a chance to respond , either saying he/she will try for you ... or maybe wish you good luck !!
If you feel you ought to do it, do it !!
In my own opinion, maybe It's better to quit from a current job and take some risk to be jobless for a while and look for the next job.
Dont tell your boss. Look for another job, find another job, then tell him...Who knows he might offer you a pay increase or a better position to keep you. Then its a win win situation.
just be late and don"t show output . whenevey any given too you avoid feedback and be sielent
Why should I tell him so? to blackmail him and get increase or be promoted .... This is not moral. I want to telll him out of being honest then my boss will fire me and get someone else to let me look for job without any restrictions and I will be jobless.
It is better to let your boss know you are looking for a change , make sure you tell him when you have offer in hand.
