Some people see SUCCESS as achieving a goal or reaching a destination . I personally like the view that SUCCCESS is the JOURNEY and these goals/results achieved are the hanging fruits along the road of this journey.
This way, to sustainf success you have to keep moving along this road, and picking these fruits as you go along
This means that you should define for yourself an OPEN / NEVER-ENDING overall generic OBJECTIVE or PURPOSE or REASON FOR EXISTENCE ... and you keep moving towards it.
Anyway. it may sdund like a philosophical thing at the personal/individual level, but companies, organizations and nations may plan for100 years and whithn these100 years, persons come and go, faces and names change, but the company/organization/nation keeps moving forward towards its open generic and never-ending objective !!
