If we ask strategy specialist with expert team to make a strategy for an organization with action plan, and ask everyone in company to follow the rules by autocratic style of management, so can we success the organization without leader? why?
A leader is a person who is more experienced, more skillful, more talented, and more commendable so if you minus a leader then all the employees will do the job with their own choices which will cause the deviation from the prime goal. The leader must lead the whole team with proper guidelines and instruction to achieve the target with the specified time period. This will provide a system where the best employer will be appreciated and the wrong will be eliminated. The result oriented atmosphere situation is due to proper inspection and supervision otherwise employee will do the job by a choice of his own mood. An owner cannot sit always on his employee head that's why all employees are distributed in groups and the group leader is the commander to produce productive results for the organization. If a project causes loss then main responsible character will be the boss and vice versa in case of profit. You can catch one employee responsible for the whole output, ya this is a team work and team must go with a leader. If each person start his own decision that's mean the work is now going to ruin also if the leader cannot lead properly that is also failure sign for the concern groups and affects the overall performance of each individual.
There are situations where strict compliance with rules will do more bad than good, and here comes the role of the leader, beside the fact that compliance with rules is not the SOLE responsibility of a leader !
LEADERSHIP IS AN ENGINE for any organization ! No matter how good the strategy is , without leadership there success can't be achieved , even short term success is putten under question, because business environment knows to be turbulent , and many time adjustments must be done on strategy.
The leader would be the strategist. And if he is not joining the activity, the team will fulfill the strategy.
Imagine Cristopher Columbus making the strategy and not joining the crew. There would be no America as we know it.
The situation will be more like this suppose if we put many sailors in ocean and provide them boat and told them to reach a designated destination without any guide or compass. so most of them will get lost and would not be able to reach the destination. The guide is must for Team event. so in my view their should be a team leader among them. so they can reach their designated goals.
Without leader of the organization, success rate will be zero.
hmm may b ur strategy is gud in ur point of view but before applying ur strategy u shud discuss with ur employes coz sumtime ur strategy may b not too gud.. so to plan together will help u alot... and thus a leader can walk with whole team towards their goal of achievement
It is important you required a leader to implement those strategy or rules.
The presence of the leader is essential in every organization even at the level of social life there and families there is leaders, there are things need leader to make a decision that would increase the success of the company or the speed of progress to success,
Leadership is a skill & quality which can not be replaced by strategy or rule. More important you required a leader to implement those strategy or rules.
