Depends on the individual man. Are ambitious people who for a good salary or a position, make sacrifices. Or people who want a pleasant environment, warm people, nice.
We humans are different in temperament, personality, and more, depending on the experiences of our lives, change, and modify our behavior, the thinking, also depends on each.
Personally I'm motivated by career path. Of course, when I think about career I mean evolution compared with previous jobs in all aspects if is possible: salary, working environment, hierarchical position, benefits.
Every person has different motivations for working. The reasons for working are as individual as the person. But, we all work because we obtain something that we need from work. The something we obtain from work impacts our morale and motivation and the quality of our lives. Here is the most recent thinking about what motivation me personally.l work for love; l work for personal fulfillment. l like to accomplish my goals at work daily and l also feel others are contributing to something larger than myselves at work to enable me to accomplish my goals, something important. l also have personal missions to accomplish through meaningful work l do.
BUT WHAT IF COMPANY PROVIDED RASONABLE SALARY?
Fair benefits and pay are the cornerstone of a successful company that recruits and retains committed workers. If you provide a living wage for your employees, you can then work on additional motivation issues. Without the fair, living wage, however, you risk losing your best people to a better-paying employer..
The motivation trigger of the employee for changing lies between two words: 1) Needs: (satisfaction, moral, essential requirements)
2) Opportunities: (vacancies, offers, peers, comparison)
Mostly it was just because salery.
I feel all the3 are important factors for a change in Job.At certain point of time each of the above things matters. Its just you need to understand as an individual what is important to you at that particular time.
it is up to nature of a person dat wat kind of person he is... eirther he/ she prefer salary or experience...... or working environment or whatever plus point cum infront of him/her
For me the career path is more important than salary
but salary is important in same time
PEOPLE LEAVE MANAGERS NOT COMPANIES,,,,
According to my knowledge, it my be different from one person to another, but the measure is what your value and what is your priority.
