If budgets were not an option- What is one thing you would love to have in your classroom that you currently do not have?

The basics of the teaching/learning practice ... it would be ideal to have three basic things

1. Students who are willing to learn  ....    who will receive the education
2. Teachers who are competent to teach  ... who will give the education
3. Good suitable syllabus (cirriculum)  ....  what is this education about

If the above is there, all the rest is just cosmetics or icing on the cake ... but the above is the cake itself.

Teaching/learning has been going since ancient times, nation to nation, generation to generation, and these three elements above remain the three constants in the whole teachning/learning process !

Replacing the abacus with its wooden beeds with an electronic calculator or a desktop computer or an ipad or what so ever is new and is not a corner stone in the education process, and hence we should not run after the means and forget the objective and purpose from using these means !!
