Students in general have intrinsic motivation to learn, they attend schools to learn. Anyhow, if they are not, teachers should make learning an enjoyable experience by implementing interactive activities that meet thier intrests, allow fun, promote communication and engage them in authentic tasks that enhance life skills.
Students need immediate feedback to keep involved and feel the need to learn.

Know their interests and make the lesson plan according to that.
As an educator, in other to keep your students motivated anxious to learn ,you need to make use of different teaching aids that can easily gain the attention of the students, introduce an aptitude to remain flexible, ensuring that every child's learning styles and abilities are addressed.
