If there is one position and two candidates with equal education & experiences how you will prefer & select a suitable candidate?

i will make an interview for each other and ask them a questions and i will judge them answers if each one of them (smart/ able to work and improve him self in short time/can learn fast/work in team work/work under presue(

If the both candidates are equal in their education and experience then I will try to organize final interview and select any one of them by questionnaire and knowing their abilities and sincerity and other aspects.
