In your mind, what is the key differences between classic management and modern management?

simply the modern management  is management by objectives

Big difference, modern theories of management defines the functions of the Director so he can focus and do these tasks well, as well as the scientific method and not previously

centerlization and decenterlization,,,, dictatorship and democracy

motivation, encouraging, interacting, and buttom up approach 

Classic management may be practice in most private / individuals companies and modern management are mostly practiced in large organizations.....or vice versa no rules of must...

 

When I read classic it came into my mind like "Google" management and Modern is like any other organizations practive

calssic management mean existng management the is used in daily bases and moderan maagement mean to change and modrate new ideas in admin

 

Classic management is aimed towards centralization of power with full control over each and every activity whereas Modern management demands decentralization of activities.

Higher speed and increasing complixity which enforces adoption of emerging performance improvement technologies and methods.

now we have to be more positive and encouraging

Team leader his duty to motivate, drive and give technical support to the rest of team and provide them with experience and knowledge. Team leaders can serve as mentors or trainers within an organization without necessarily having to take on a supervisory role. Team leader can give hint and how can to improve the business supervised work as time management about reporting, meetings, schedule meeting with clients and confidence of employee, booking ticket,,,etc

Classic management is theory-driven while modern management is change driven
