I agree with what most of you guys mentioned before, yet i must highlight these3 as well:
1. It can be used as a direct tool for listening to customers, and sometimes can help by doing an online surveys in a minimal cost (Just like having a celebrity ask a question about something on his social network)
2. It's reachable on a personal scale and can be tracked more easily for insights about the market.
3. It's the fastest evolving medium amongst them all, and its becoming more interconnected with our outside life (Just like having an Android operating system in some of the new cars being produced)
