Does the buildings here in UAE considered rain loads as part of the design?

We should consider rain load , If we want a long life of building 

No.In UAE  the rainfall is so much irregular,so in case of design we will not consider it.

In computation of the wind load in the areas what are your basis to compute wind load? You based it on zoning or every area has the same uniform standard wind velocity?
