in the middle east, every thing motivate and attract the people is the money, so give them good offer they will accept even if it freelancer.
You can choose to do things you love.
Handsome payments.
No more control freak Bosses terrorizing you.
No need to waste time in dress up and other office preparation daily. Working from home eliminates the daily commute to and from the office, saving you hours in travel time and the expenses of parking, fuel and car maintenance etc.
Freelancing allows you to work when you want and maybe even where you want.
Better work-life balance specially for females.
Office politics are non-existent .
The pressure and stress levels in freelance work is comparatively lesser than normal work.
Cheers!
Because this is where the market is going recenty. It's about making yourself a star. You put the effort to carve your name in the field board and as well as you can do you'll be rewarded.
Its appears more comfortable, relaxed schedule. The money is directly related to the hours of work. If you work more you can earn more Its all up to the freelancer then.
On top of that some people like to be their own boss, and do not want to say Yes,Yes,Yes to everything they're asked to do.
When I started out I initially was a freelancer. I freelanced for about4 years before going into a permanent position.
I think there are some who choose to go into freelance, but unfortunately that is'nt a choice for most working in the arts industries. Most jobs are on a contractual or freelance basis, and can be a scary option to some.
Definitely one of the biggest attractions to a freelance lifestyle is the "work freedom" that comes along with it.
Freelance can also be financially rewarding if your good at selling yourself and creating a solid network of clients.
But it's not for everyone.
I haven't worked as a freelancer in the middle east, I have worked with them, and I think there is still some more work that needs to be done in having a more established industry for freelancers to thrive.
