Who is the best learning center Supervisor or Leader or Colleague?

anywhere anyhow depends on what u want to do and how u think

Name of the Center relies on the strength of its relationships with the lecturer and do attract the best lecturers choose prices and low cost

There are many excellent centers like any May or center Blue Ocean ... etc but depends on the accuracy of the work, coordination and training material and lecturer

A best learning center could be a colleague if would help!
