CONFIDENCE does not come when you have lot of answers but WHEN you are ready to face lot of questions? your VIEW ?

Question is the key of learning. the quality of question is a main factor of learning. So, if we have good questions, we have confidence

i think its something else , its like when you feel that you are the center of the world , and  all the planets turn round you

You have to be ready for facing question any time

The more you get exposed to situations,audience and people who throw lot of questions at you and where your mental faculties are tested,the more it adds up to your confidence and courage to face and answer and accordingly you keep yourself abreast and updated.

I believe confidence comes with self belief and experience. From the narrative in your question, I would say that I am more confident with more info (answers). I am also accountable for my deeds and much more confident to face the consequences (questions) once authority is given with the responsibility. 

I have other answer as it come so (( Work hard )) as no one all over the world come expert unless he / she work hard and faces dozen of problems and try to solve and not run away from it , finally i think we all gain experinces in different fields either in work or socila life which to lead us all to gain CONFIDENCE .

Absolutely right....... Self confidence increases when you started to solve others problem. This also increases the confidence of others in you. 

People bring their queries to you because they have a confidence in you as a problem solver. If you stop solving their problems, they will loose confidence in you and will also loose your confidence. Listening others and solving their problems is the true leadership.
