How can you build on the strengths, skills and knowledge in the organization?

knowledge and skills, the managers and company can provide to employees through training and practical workit is the one of requirement to get ISO (international standard Organization) certificate to prepare and execute Training Matrix Plan

Let me share some practical tips which i did and do also!

1 - Try to develop conducive relation with peers, colleagues and seniors/juniors.

2 - Ask them politely and with enthusiasm that how they do their job.

3 - Their relation with other divisions.

4 - Be open, build rapport, kill your ego and be assertive and persuasive.
