In every business it is necessary to have a great manager/leader on top. But as for a school, in order to create a good name and to attract students, it must acquire many good teachers. A good teacher is irreplaceable and it's like a diamond in your hands. There aren't many of them!

Both are essential for developing schools. However, I prefer to choose a good teacher in this case based on the nature of school as educational institution. I believe that someone might have more than one talent and diverse skills, so there will be some of "good teacher" who aslo talented in leadership and management, they can be put on the management as leader and the plus poin is that the management will be run by "good teacher with leadership and management skills", people who really know the education characteristics nature since school is a special organization which is different with company.
Education/Teaching is one field where such questions , just like either/or solutions have no place. Unlike companies and bussinesses, Education's main focus is students, not profit, Both teachers and leaders must keep students' well-being at the center. An educational leader is not simply a manager but must be an instructional leader that takes special interest in promoting a healthy school culture, mentoring teachers, and the development of the educational experience/process. Having said so however, a less effective leader may be less harmful to students' well being on the short term in the presence of exceptional qualified teachers. On the long term, however, ineffective leaders can have a huge negative effect on the school, and may even damage its enviroment.
The man who make you able for solving difficulties of the is only the Teacher, because a good Leader has a good Teacher Behind him....
there is need of good leader because good leader can easily lead them and convince them to study with their leading abilities because teaching is not only to teach. it is character building of students if you are not a good leader and can't understand, solve and communicate the students problems then you never gain the trust and interest of students and at the end results will be annoying for you, school reportation and parents hopes.
