What would happen, if Govt. Duty and Taxes increase in between contract awarded and contract implementing period?

Taxes , levy and duties are always on the variable side. In Almost all contracts it states that taxes will be applicable as per prevailing rates and jurisdiction . As per contract normally it is paid by client, if client don't agree then raise a internal memo take burden your side, committed work has to be done
