Who doesn't remmber his first day at work? Definitly, it's a day to remember!

Here are my thoughts on things you can do on the first day of your new work to reduce stress and anxiety, and to make a good impression:

1.  Get a good night sleep.

2. Try to show up early, and wear clothes that are appropriate for the work place, but you still feel good in. You know that first impression count.

3. Be confident. Prepare a30 minutes or less explainer of who you are, what were you doing in your last job...etc. 

4. Listen more, talk less. Try to learn as possible in your first weeks.

5. Mingle with your new team, and don't refuse the offer to go and have lunch with them.

6. Put your cell phone at silent, you need to be fouced.

7. Be yourself, and smile very often.
