As a team leader we have a rule if the employee have a three (3) mistakes based of her performance these is subject for job training or other administrative practice to continues improvement.

I try to explain that he is an experienced employee and working for many years without any problems, so his excellent performance he increased the productivity of the company which achieved its goals.

I can advive them to give a chance by  transfer the employee to other department but not sack him to see his performance and behavior.
