I thinks YES !!!.. In India most of them are not updating there profiles in Portals when it comes with Senior Level.. You cant get a profile for VP OR AM in portals but ... الإطلاع على المزيد
Yes it is a matter, if the recruiter recruiting Senior or mid level position.. NO need of LinkedIn while recruiting entry level
