Deep practice.  Read, read, and read a lot.  This tremendously helps.  And make it a habit to write everyday. I also recommend that you attend Basic English course so you may know the proper usage of words, prepositions, etc...

All of the above.

Essentially talk, read and write it as much as possible, keeping within your own style and personality. Do not try to copy other English speakers as many of them do not speak or write it correctly!!

Keep things simple.  Learn to spell words correctly.  Learn to pronoun and enunciate words as close as your mother tongue will allow.  Try not to speak the Queen's English which NO-ONE speaks.

Every day conversation is useful and a quicker way to learn how to write new words and understand their relationships to other words.

Most importantly, enjoy the process and move on from mistakes made.

Read, read and read some more! Try and get a "feel" for writing by enjoying the work of others, from popular novels to the classics, you can learn from a variety of authors all with their own individual styles. Start by simply recounting something you have done during the day, a shopping trip perhaps, when you have written this, dissect it and rewrite it using different words and then build it up and try to make a little story or tale out of it, give your imagination "free" rein and let the creative inner you loose! Do this on a regular basis and don't be frightened to experiment, after a while you will find yourself trying to "outdo" your previous offering and so it will go on until you find yourself writing with more and more confidence.
