Everyone wants to improve himself, needs feedback. And the best feedback for the writer comes from his readers. Not only feedback; also, contacting them would give you new ideas for new writings and ideas for improving your writing methods.

Yes and no..Depends on what are you writing about. Ifit is something specific then yes..But for other is just matter of taste..You can`t influence on that.
