Depends on the type and position of the departing employee. If the employee is finance or audit director issues like . Problems on Corporate governance can be raised . Managment inefficiencies and failure to fullfil their castodian or stewardship roll . Consequence that could result or risk that the company can face in the near future. These and other issues benefit both the shareholders, investors and the market.
