  • Sir I may not be the right person to answer the question as I have never been appraised by a360degree feedback.
  • I am only aware ofa bell shaped stack curve that decides the annual PMS rating.
  • According to me this expensive western concept should start from the TOP level mgt.
  • I may be wrong in my opinion but before testing something on others why not test it on your own.
  • See for yourself how your subbordinates appreciate your innitiatives for the past1 year.

No, all kind of performance appraisals have nothing to do with actually improving skills. It could give you a direction to walk in, a list of priorities, a better understanding of your own pros and cons but you still need to take further actions to really improve your skills
