No. its not late if you prepare for a biggest position locking for a big salary.
No ... not a tall !!
I personally changed jobs and employers (companies) for longer periods that that.
The question is ... have you reached your limit with the job ? Have you exhausted the job ?? or has the job exhausted you ?? Then, it is time for change !
It's not only too late, but also bad bad idea.
It's not good to take a long road and passed your colleagues achieving good things and also bad ones which gave you the experience, then suddenly decide or just think to change the road and start from the beginning.
My advice to you concentrate in what you're in because this is a weakness point in your personality and you have to strengthen it.
Not at all!
Keep going as long as it fetches job satisfaction and you enjoy doing what you are doing becaues that leads to high productivity.
my answwer would be in the form of a question.why?have you exhausted all avenues?are you willing to start all over again and loose you years of experience and connections?/
Exprience is always a plus even in the same field or in another field.
yea its too late if you have8 years of experience in one field after post qualification in relevent field.
No, it is not too late as long as you enjoyed being in the same function. But always keep in mind that continuous learning will kill monotony.
