Its totally depend on the management, But in generally production company they are providing OT for extra working hours.

Generally it should be same for all muslim and non-muslim employees unless person concerned is willing to be paid OT. In Pakistan this law is same for all employees.
Well, everyone said it depends on the Management, rather I’d suggest it depends on the Domain the organization is operating in. Perhaps equality should prevails, alas it’s not the case most of the time.
Generally speaking Muslim Employees are obliged for06 hours & non-Muslim employees perform regular08 hours in most of the cases that’s how it is in Gulf peninsula, may differ in other parts of the world.

if the company provides lunch and tea break like hotels that means it will be seven hours for non muslim.
. even for muslim if your duty during (eftar ) time it will be seven also
but in low it is sex hours for all now
