Once, any employee is going to sign company contract, All information (i.e Country Labor Law, Working hour during normal day's as well as Ramadan working hours) is already mentioned. So there is no any matter to refuse , If the emloyee is refusing any terms related to the country law or hr policy. Very hard action can be taken againest him, It's may be termination of employee etc.
After signing the contract one should abide by the Local laws/ Company Laws and Country Laws if he is not happy and think otherwise he is free to leave by paying compensation to the company.
if any employee did not ebey the country rules or company rules , a strict action should be made against him in order to avoid the other employe to repeat the same things.
