EMPLOYER LOYALITY is first & then employee. its very important to motivate employees and result will be increase production.
Very good question. Employer loyalty comes first. The Employer has to be loyal to "The idea" first, why is he in the market? what he wants to achieve? and then he has to be loyal to "The strategy" ..How is he going to achieve his goals? and then loyal to the Employees by devising development programs and engaging them and motivating them to share his dreams. After all this Employee loyalty comes as a natural result which leads to customer loyalty as well
Employer loyalty and commitment towards the organization is what employers are looking for, and is more likely to lead towards employee loyalty especially when a loyal employee becomes a valuable asset due to his/her contribuition towards the organization and when losing him/her can be a huge loss for the firm.
EMPLOYER LOYALITY give you new car, promotion , increase in salary , status ,,,,these are the things you are working for any place . EMPLOYEE LOYALITY will make you trade union leader , you may loose the job , may face the problems , even some time in jail ................... money or humanity ... decide yourself ??? make the priorty list as you want...
Loyalty comes first. Employer and employee play cat and mouse game to beat and escape.
Both are important but it depends on the relationship between Employer and employee.I personally Highly recommend employer loyalty.
employers should be loyal to their employees. Better and conducive working environment and compensations brings employee loyalty and leads organization to success.
Both are interdependent!
Its a give and take relationship, both should have a sense of transparency so they can act accordingly.Newly joiners are usually proactive during certain period in the same way Employer must realize not to keep it in a certain period only.
In a good company where needs and wants of the both parties are aligned these should be the same. Being loyal to the company and its employees should be the same if all parties are working for the good of the organisation. Unfortunately many times these two are on opposite sides and if so, then be loyal to yourself or try to find a company that actually cares about its employees.
