In my own opinion, firstly, you need to know if they have history in buying one your products.
You should know how to find the best match for your clients/customers needs. Every piece of furniture has certain elements or features that determine whether or not it is a good fit. Don't just sell for sake of making a sale.
1-I need to distinguish if the customer realy want to purchase or not
2-You should ask him about the quality of timber required him
3-What kind Is Office Furniture
Or home
4- fainaly must know the customer financial qualifications
It would have to be the client's personality/lifestyle.
first listen him carefully and you will get the answer.
i believe room dimensions, colour, and customer financial qualifications are all important.you need to know room dimensions for best fit.colour is an important factor as it should match their existing colours, and you should understand your customer's budgent before hand.a smart salesman qualifies his clients financially also.
agreed with all,,,
Follow sales process and yes, pls dont forget to ask him his budget!!
to suggest any furniture piece you should consider the following:
- Atmosphere that it will be in. is it modern, classic, etc..
- Colors they have in the space; curtains, wood, wall paint, etc..
- Client age also is important
