I can give as valued service to my team,
As a team member I will always do the task beyond expectation. I always remember that, there is no letter "I" in word "TEAM".
Team member's are the most valuable asset to an organisation. Managers could chalk up the best strategy and fail if they dont know how to lead their workers. The term "employees don't leave the company, they leave their managers", is very true. A manager may do everthing thats in their job description, but if its not done earnestly, then nothing they do matters. Give credit to eachvteam member for the work they did regularly, observe their body language and look for negatives. If they are down, have a one on one with them, find out if there's something troubling them. Loose the old method of showing the show off star his/her place by slamming them down every chance you get infront of others Taken the team out and play healthy team games with them and if there is friction among team mates, help remove them completely. Do a positive team meeting at the start of every day and a feed back at the end of the day not the other way around. Remember, managers were team members and still are. They win, managers win! So forget your ego, but dont forget your position.
