The main difficulties I have faced are:

Someof the given works from the upper level is less important and poor level.

Some of the co-workers are non-skilled 

Some times shortage of instruments and vehicles.

Some one like to gossiping than doing works.

one of the main diffuculties i have faced in my present job ,its highway project , which only lasts few years, foreign consulatncy

 

  1. the whole in and out correspondence is divded to3 plp , can you imagie that , its like too cooks for the spoit soup at he end of the day , or when some lettter follow up is required , cause only a particular person know each letter. give the secretary a headache , when inquired , cause its not the bosses prob to know , who has it , he just needs it .
  2. Changing bosses , means all over again , he takes time to know the routine and file system .
  3. i manage soft and hard copies of11 main floders , which in has10 more subfloders .........

 

other than that , cooperation and team work , is one of my many plusees and at best at any time ,

Main difficulties face me in office management are:

 

  1. Maintenance issues concerning office machines (printers, server .etc.) or suddenly you have a problem with toilets or water tabs in kitchenette.
  2. Working at a medical company the main reagents fridge maintenance care is most important.
  3. Since I work in a small company I'm responsible partially for HR when you have a difficult personality that only good at starting problems and don’t work well within a team.
  4. When you don’t have a specific budget to run your office matters.

Shifting (changing shifts during the week) is the main difficulty I face, and the unexpected weather changes like heavy rains and storms which affects negatively the network stability.

The organization relies on administrative and executive assistants to remain calm, cool and professional, no matter how chaotic things are in the office - which often makes their job extremely stressful.

 

  1. Coordinates daily activities for a unit. Determines which information requires immediate attention of the executive, and delegates or refers other matters to various staff and departments. Attends meetings in the executive's absence.

  2. Coordinates office services, such as personnel, budget, and records management control.

  3. Supervises, recruits and trains specialized and administrative support personnel; and assigns, reviews and evaluates their work.

  4. Performs office management duties; oversees the maintainence of personnel and fiscal records. Manages grant proposals and submissions. Prepares financial reports, reviews purchases, vouchers and other financial documents.

  5. Responsible for the procurement of supplies; maintenance of inventory records; including supervision of staff performing these functions.

  6. Advises other department heads and executes administrative policies at the direction of the executive.

I am facing a difficulty .... Urgent & Top Urgent. Where time is limited while work is unlimited. I expend a lot of time in office... enjoy with work but when boss call me for a urgent work.. . This is creating trouble for me. . . . .

Whenever there are technicalities that come up in the middle of voluminous transactions that I process, like printing issues or document revisions, and at the same you have to answer walk in customers. These things affect the deadline and the quality of output is affected.
