Clearly Articulate and Communicate the organizations Vision stetement  and Mission Statement and how a Project Sucesses will add value to the overall sucess of the Organization 

From "Stakeholders"

The Goals and Delvierables required by the Stakeholders should be well communicated, discussed, reviewed , signed-off before start of the Project .

During Execution of Project ,the Status of the project also be regulary reviewed in meetings and required change requests be intiated . 

From "Project Manager"

• Should have a clear understanding of the Goals of the Project, Dependency Factors, and Project  Deliverables . 
• Should Maintain effective communication on Project Delvierables , Schedule , Risks, Status with Project Team , Stakeholders, Project Sponsor
• Regularly ,Measure Risks and evaluate Progress agaisnt final Delvierables 
• Be attentive to change requests and Impacts 
• Understand your team and be supportively connected to Team members
