How come someone realize that whether he is tilted towards leadership or love to use the managerial skills?

The manager’s job is to plan, organize and coordinate. The leader’s job is to inspire and motivate. Every manager can or can not be a leader. It is not necessary that a leader should be a manager. They are not the same thing. But they are necessarily linked, and complementary

• Manager mostly on systems/structure while leader focuses on people
• Manager mostly maintains while leader develops.
• Manager delegate task while leader performs and show how to do task.
• The manager does things right; the leader does the right thing
