The answer you are looking for is -Marketing. Marketing yourself over the internet. With the bunch of websites at the disposal of freelancers on the internet - its not really that difficult to sell your services and get clients.

One simple example is to have a Facebook page and showcase  your work there. Promote your page in the regions you want and most definitely you will get Freelance workflow..

Also, a very well-known website is Behance. Here you can post  your previous works that you have done and also get contacted for future jobs. There are so many such websites. Here are a few top ones for your perusal:

1. Behance

2. Deviantart

3. Envato

You can also trying using a very web service such as wix.com to build your free website.. or simply create a website of your own and promote it on social media. Use a custom hashtag on Instagram and increase your leverage.

With the advancement of technology.. you can simply use your mobile to showcase your work. Use mobile apps such as Minimal Folio or Morpholio.

Cheers.
