I would advise you to start with C# which is the basis for the rest: Java( android) Objective C ( apple ).
Just download an application for your computer and follow the videos tutorials, http://channel9.msdn.com/Series/C-Sharp-Fundamentals-Development-for-Absolute-Beginners it isn't hard , I didn't and I never programmed.
C# is the base of windows, so you can program for windows system.
After know the basis, you can go and will understand better Android and Apple.

For Android you have the Android SDK and then there is Eclipse to test your app. If Eclipse is too slow, as it usually is, you can test your app directly on your android phone.
