How to plan well and manage the team into this Plan to achieve it's Goals?

1. Involve the people who need to know as early as possible.  
2. Take their inputs considerably right from the start
3. Undersntand the capabilities and limitations in the team
4. Draft a good working plan for the team towards the stated goals 
5. Define the ownership, roles and responsibilities for the different people involved
6. Hold the team members accountable for the results (positive or negative) 
7. Motivate and reward good performance promptly and generously
8. Take corrective actions when things go wrong promptly and strictly
9. Active a good communication program, schme, tools ... etc throughout the program 
10. Resolve issues/conflicts immediately
