First, find out the strengths and weaknesses of the employee and collect a certain number of employees to have the same problem and it is the fact that the preparation of training commensurate with the weaknesses and add them some themes that may help to improve performance

In our Agency ,the Staff Development Program is released yearly by the Permenant Training Comittee. 

The latter is responsible for gathering all the training needs sended to it formally by each trainer, then assessed 

and determined in reference with the fixed objectives related to the disciplines consolidation or new creation.
