I believe that the most important clause in a contract is the obligation of the supplier and the customer as this is the section where it contains all the details of the purpose of the contract.
The main clauses in a supply agreement are those which define the supply terms; specifications, delivery mode, delivery time, and delivery location, etc., and the clauses which define the payment terms; what to pay, when to pay, how to pay etc.
All of these terms have to be very clear to avoid any possibility of misunderstanding.
It is important to note that if there are any possible risks, it is better to include in the agreement how they will be dealt with to avoid any future conflicts.
