This is one of the most common practice in recruitment. This term define that to hire the candidates based on their experience and behavior rather than observation or what they are narrating during the interviews. For doing competency based recruitment, we must highlight the core competencies on which we asses the candidates and the based on his past action and behaviors make the hiring decision.
