Hi, not all company requires an experience, sometimes an experience becomes necessary because some employer are considering the nature of the job which a freshman is not capable of doing such job. A fresher can have experience by going into an On the Job Trainings which companies are sometimes offering to freshman. Companies also hire freshman basing on the knowledge a new professional has by passing exams given by a company, their schoolastic records, trainings and seminars attended after graduation and sometimes on the references. By this, i'm pretty sure a company has the interest to invest on an idividual (freshman).
It depends on how good you are in your field of interest. If you are exceptionally good, then experience would not matter much. You need to have a skillset that makes you different from the rest of the applicants for a job.
The above statement is true for European and American employers only. For GCC, the first thing that an employer will ask for, is your experience. Even if you are talented and exceptionally good, they might stll hire you but with a very less salary. This happened to me. I got hired as a fresher with a salary lesser than what i used to get as pocket money...
From my opinion experience is important for everything in the life
Take one with no experience even training you must make a plan to train him
This is also depend on the job or the quality you need and also time to solve problems
So this required more tanning for the fresh graduates which also to be consider before put him in responsibilities

People gained experience at their home countries then they got offers from gulf in their relevant fields. In gulf employers and companies need to complete their projects and maintain their plants and keep them operational through experienced technical people obviously they prefer for experienced people not freshers.
