After generating an order for consumer durable product, the same client doesn't have further requirements for a while. Under this situation how can we survive with the same client? Meanwhile, client is not planning to go for further expansion also. But management (supplier) wants further order from the same client too! Please comment your opinion. First understand the consumer requirments by analysing the exisisting products(Same sector). Including competition market samples. This will give good explaination on the gaps, what you want to develop and also give the additional improvment for the existing product in the sector.
