Perhaps it is impossible to answer this question if you did not receive quality services from a lawyer. I would like to find a lawyer whose services and experience I definitely will not doubt. This is especially important if something serious is happening, such as a motorcycle accident. In this situation, I would not want to worry, including because of the services of a lawyer. I was lucky to find a good lawyer, if you are also in search, then I advise you to Contact us, this is a really reliable and proven lawyer.
A good lawyer is the one who is looking to have faithfull clients and portfolio and not just a few dollars. A good lawyer should show honesty to his client. If he finds that the case is definitely going down and will be lost due to lack of evidence , he must inform the client about it and not just sell him false promises and dreams.
A good laywer follows his case in its smallest details and information and not just the general outline. He must keep searching day and night for any info or evidence that might help the case.
Also a good lawyer must be familiar with all laws and regulations in details and not just major definitions. He must support his case in front of court in order to win the case.
A good lawyer must listen to the client and support him and reply to his questions and fears.
Well, this is a general but good question as well. In my point of view the good lawyer is the lawyer who understands his/her profession, particularly with respect to the aim of the profession. According to my experience, I found out that there are lawyers who know the law, but they don't comply with it by not applying it on themselves and trying just to use it the way they like. That's why I consider such lawyers as not good lawyers. Such lawyers though they know the law but in fact they don't realize the aim of the law. Therefore, such lawyers are not deemed to understand their profession as it should be.
