1. Get Run window from Start menu and type in gpedit.msc

2. Click "Ok" or hit Enter key and you’ll get a new window where you can find Disk Diagnostics: Administrative Templates > System > Troubleshooting and Diagnostics > Disk Diagnostics

3. Click "Disc Diagnostic: Configure execution level" on the right part and a configuration menu will pop up. Modify the execution level to Disable and click "Apply" and "OK". Then restart computer the error message won’t popup.

You should note that these steps only stop system from reporting the error message, but that doesn't mean disk or system problem is actually fixed. you need to make sure your files and drive are totally safe before disable the message. here is screenshots of the steps: http://www.eassos.com/how-to/windows-detected-a-hard-disk-problem.php

there are2 ways1 - Open start menu > run > gpedit.msc > Computer Configuration> Administrative Templates> System> Troubleshooting and Diagnostics> Disk Diagnostic> Double Click “Disk diagnostic > configure execution level”, set it to “disabled”.

2 - opem my computer > right click C: drive > properties > go to tools tab > click check now

i prefer number (2) because it will check the HDD & fix the problem if it could or informing u if u must replace it

Open gpedit.msc. Navigate to Computer Configuration\\Administrative Templates\\System\\Troubleshooting and Diagnostics\\Disk Diagnostic\\ Double Click on “Disk diagnostic: configure execution level”, set it to “disabled”. “Not configured” is enabled by default.

Well obviously just back up your files and run a disk check.Start menu>Computer> (Right-click the C: drive or HDD that's giving errors)> Properties>Tools> Error Checking then run a check now.
